Mosaics Paper Pattern

From Irene Blanck, the Australian designer of this gorgeous quilt, “I combined everything I love about quilting in this design – needleturn applique, reverse applique and English Paper Piecing. The diamond border is prepared using papers but then appliqued onto the background fabric.”

The quilt is an interpretation of an antique quilt.
